My printer is not up to the task, where can I print my files?
Your best bet is to have your files printed at a print shop for you. When it comes to third party printing services, you have several options from the suggestions list below. Locate the one closest to you and call them to make sure they can do the printing for you. When you find the right outlet, copy the files you want to print on a flash drive and take it to your print shop.

Can you print the files for me and mail the finished product?
I currently do not offer any printing services. That is solely your responsibility.
Do you have any tips for printing at home?
I take the time to print every design prior to publishing. I have access to a good quality printer which allows me to confirm a quality end result on paper. If the printed version looks different in terms of size or quality, this is most likely a technical issue with your printer’s settings.
- To produce the best results, make sure you always print using the Highest/Best Quality setting.
- Deselect Scaling in order to avoid having your images shrunk or enlarged to fit the page.
- Print the PDF files with 100% scale on letter size 8.5 x 11 inch paper
Please take note that it is normal to have slight variations in color from monitor to monitor as well as printer to printer. The end result ultimately depends on the quality of the materiel you are using. As such I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be the exact color that will be printed.
When I print a file, why do my colors not look like they did on my monitor?
In general, the colors should print as seen in the photos, some slight variations might apply due to printer quality or even different types of paper. If it’s very noticeable, this may be a toner issue, please check your ink cartridges to see if they need replacement. You can also adjust the intensity settings on your printer.
When I opened the files on my mobile device why did I see incorrect colors?
When viewing the files on some mobile devices, the colors may differ significantly from the listing pictures. Blues may look Aqua or Greens may look Florescent. Always print a sample to ensure your colors are good.
There are lines that come out throughout the picture, why?
This is definitely a printer issue. If you have an inkjet printer, the print head may be dirty or partially blocked. Try cleaning the print head (see the printer’s manual for instructions)
