My husband and I really should’ve given greater thought to having a child born 10 days after Christmas however we weren’t really thinking about the practical implications of birthday party organisation at the time of conception.Consequently it’s always been a stress throwing birthday celebrations for our son; – making him feel special when his big day morphs into the Christmas / New Year / Australia Day festivities.
